I stayed for 3 nights here and had a really really nice time. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and the location was perfect. Plus, main attraction such as Rice Lane City Farm was 6 km from 

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and very courteous in all services. I had coffee, tea, fruit juice, and cereals for breakfast.

The position of the hotel was good, in Liverpool centre. We found the staff immensely pleasant and exceptionally nice.

Comfy beds, facilities to make tea, coffee, and a chair in the room. Ideal and exceptionally nice location close enough to one stop to Aintree Race Course and the museum and the train station to Liverpool, and free parking. 

The room was en suite and new-fashioned, had thoughtful tea making facilities, coffee, and a chair. And there were comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was exceptional. Got ironing free

Unbeatable location near to one stop to Aintree Race Course as well as the night life and exploring the city, it's residential.

Good and absolutely perfect position in a quiet area a short train ride into the centre of Liverpool, in the really quiet area. Plentiful and fantastic breakfast, including coffee, tea, fruit juice, and cereals.  

Comfortable modern place! Perfect, excellent location in the very quite area. 20 km from Liverpool John Lennon airport. Coffee, tea, fruit juice, and cereals provided.

The hotel's location is perfect and close to the train station. 7 km away there is Street Food Diner Bus, serving quick meals. Make sure you stay in the family room with great big bathroom again spotlessly clean.  

We appreciated to spend 3 days in family room. Had all necessary amenities, thoughtful tea making facilities, coffee, and a chair.
